Summary: Just Great
March 10th, 2014
Digging into this Apricot from a 100g economy bag gives off the slightest hint of ammonia but not off putting. After airing for just a few minutes the ammonia scent is gone and all I can detect is just the right amount of scent.

Another reviewer noted a hint of paraffin, which perhaps I took note of, but nothing that changes my 5 star review. Lightly scented it has for me just the right tough of scent. My first Apricot was Gawith and while some comparison could be drawn- I find that Toque Apricot to be on its own.

In sum- a great snuff that can be taken as an occasional or for me as a daily rotation.

Summary: Hits the spot

The scent of this lingers very nicely and it really is a true apricot flavour (as I would expect from Toque). Positively delicious in fact! I suppose the question is about how well the flavour holds up to storage and only time can tell on that. Perfect base snuff (as always), and nice and easy on the nose. It's also significantly nicer than the Wilson's Apricot which I have a small tin of here.

Peachy- Apricot tickles my nose with its soft scent ,I detect paraffin oil holding the scent in place .It turned me off at first but I'm beginning to ignore that and enjoy the fuzzy scent and base tobacco.Fruit snuffs are tricky to balance toque has done a decent job here to represent.
The color is light brown, the grind is fine, and the moisture level is medium no burn to speak of.suitable for the novice snuff taker.

Summary: Best apricot I've had
December 15th, 2012
While Poschi's Gawith Apricot has slightly overdone menthol that can obscure or bring out the somewhat artificial apricot and FUBAR RnR has a more dried apricot flavor, this one has NO menthol and the scent comes out very well on its own.
It is quite sweet, somewhat creamy and just the right amount of tartness that gives it a bite when first pinched. Unlike many of Toque's fruit offerings the scent has some staying power, but the grind and moisture are typical. I've yet to have a Toque disappoint me, but their Apricot exceeded all expectations. If I could only have one apricot snuff, although the others have their place in my rotation, this one would be it.

Summary: A favorite of mine
December 10th, 2012
This is one of my favorite Toque fruit snuffs, with a really potent and lasting natural apricot scent. There is nothing artificial here, and no menthol, which suits me just fine. This is one of my top diet snuffs, as well, which I reach for when I'm trying to abstain from a snack. A fantastic snuff, and definitely one to try from Toque if you're going for one of their great 10 for 9 deals.
