To label this snuff "weird and therefore bad" is surprisingly small-minded. If it weren't for weird snuffs, we'd all be suicidal with boredom in a land of SPs and medicateds, probably drawing simple geometric shapes to represent each faction and forming an unhealthy, irrational bond with our banner of choice, buying bumper sticker replicas of our chosen banner with jingoistic slogans such as "THESE COLORS DON'T DRIP" or "MEDICATED: LOVE IT OR BLOW IT"; eventually fashioning crude weapons out of melted-down empty tins and killing each other for lack of anything more enlightened to do. Our weird, strange snuffs lift us up from the animals and cavemen, and thrust us into the realm of modern, rational, progressive society. Take, for example, the idea of a banana-flavored snuff. A banana-flavored snuff is something I'd expect more from Toque or Dholakia - but no, this is from one of the oldest of the old-school, Samuel Gawith itself, thus adding a second layer of beautiful, brow-furrowing, subdued "huh"s to this oddball of a snuff. One for the "truth in advertising" series - this is, simply put, a banana flavored snuff. From Samuel Gawith. Very authentic in flavor, sweet and refreshing, and lingers a bit longer than the real thing itself. It's a powdery, fluffy, tan-grey snuff that comes right out of the (typically shitty and prone to welding itself shut) SG dispenser with a gentle tap. The fluffiness lets it really spread out in your honker for a good, even coat. My problem with real bananas is that they're so finicky - going from underripe to mushy and practically rotten in the blink of an eye. No such problems here - now, to find a way to get this on my Cheerios... scientific method, don't fail me now.

I found this snuff to be of a finer grind and medium moisture. The banana flavor is very interesting and stays with me for almost an hour after snuffing. The banana flavor does have a bit of an artificial taste to it but I find this one to be unique enough to use fairly regularly.

Medium-fine and medium moist with quite an amazing banana flavour.
