This stuff reminds me of Golden Graham cereal. Real honey taste and very sweet. It is a scotch and very fine, so take it easy when sniffing. The drip into your throat is actually very pleasant thanks to honey, its like a honey syrup drip.

I found this nearly identical to Tops Sweet. The biggest difference is that instead of the sweet flavor of molasses, I get the sweet flavor of honey. I'm not entirely convinced that its a natural honey flavor, though. Its very sweet even compared with other sweet snuffs. Its on par with Tops, perhaps slighlty less sweet than that. There is no taste of smoke as with the strong scotch snuffs. The nicotine is fast and hard due to the fine grind, but quite a bit lower than the rest of the scotch snuffs. The throat drip makes a nice sweet syrup. I doubt I will every buy it again, unless I am desperate. Its easily enough obtained locally, as I think some of the old ladies in the area use it for dipping orally. Good for a teaching tool to learn scotch snuffs, as its a bit less harsh and easier to sniff than the strong ones.

As it’s written on the tin, this snuff is ‘sweet as honey’, but honey was not the first reference I made. In my opinion, this snuff tastes more like bee wax or figs, what isn’t bad at all. Its fine consistence makes it difficult to take.

This is most definitely the best of the three American Scottish Sweet snuffs that I've tried. Real honey flavor, superior tobacco character, and a gentle hit of wood smoke in the distance, no off notes at all. A moderate Scottish burn, offset by the delicious sweetness, makes one want to take pinch after pinch, but be careful, it packs a respectable nicotine punch. This is my American Sweet Scottish snuff of choice. Fantastic, given the limitations of the genre.

This was my first Scotch snuff, and it is still a favorite. Natural tasting honey sweetness with a good tobacco underlying it. The tobacco flavor reminds me of being in the tobacco barns of my youth when the burley was drying. Simple but very pleasant, I can use this all day long and carry it with me. Like all American Scotches, requires some care when sniffing and has moderate nicotine content. Nothing beats taking this and stepping out into the cold air. Nothing. If you like sweet, you will like Honey Bee.

This is a good snuff but it's just too sweet for me to give it more than three stars. If you enjoy a sweet snuff with a molasses flavor, give it a try, you will probably like it. Like most American snuffs, it is very economical. It should also be snuffed very gently because of the fine grind. This is especially true for beginners. Smokey

At last! An American sweet scotch that I do like! While the background of a strong scotch is clearly present, the overriding flavour is definitely pure honey, and by 'eck is it tasty! The snuff is a pale sandy colour and it is just as fine and dry as any other scotch I have tried, but somehow it doesn't feel dry. In fact this is without a doubt the easiest to take of any scotch I have tried. The honey flavour lingers fairly well but soon prompts a nasal top up and herein lies the risk.... The nicotine level is also as high as any other scotch which means it's all too easy to end up positively spinning with the nicotine. Good snuff and one which I intend to get hold of in more than a smash box sample sized container, which is what I have at the moment.

Can´t help myself, this just has to have seen real honey touching it. No artificialness imo. The level of carefullness in taking it is not as high as in other american snuffs. It is easier indeed. And although it is one of the sweetest snuffs out there, it has all the qualities of honey, being sweet, but in a mellow way, not sickening at all. Quite the contrary. Easily an all day snuff. Still, the Samuel Gawith Honey is a bit better and quite different.

An excellent sweet, dry snuff with a nice burn with the pinch and medium, going on high nicotine content. Satisfying and tasty, this is not a complex snuff but a good, honest old pinch that I could happily use all day. Recomended..

Superb Sweet snuff. This one really tastes like honey, instead of just being "sweet". It is one of the sweetest ones though. Right up there with Buttercup on the sweetness scale. I've got a 1.15oz container, but I wish I could find it in a larger can. It's so good, I don't foresee this tub lasting very long.

This one is a very sweet and delicious treat in the nose or the lip as a matter of fact i think i'm about to do a little both ways at once.... Very tasty, kind of reminds me of a very sweet honey graham cracker both ways.

I didn't think I'd like this one as I don't care much for Swisher Sweets cigars, but I was wrong. Not about tasting like a Swisher Sweet, it's just like one, but not liking it. I wasn't careful when testing this one either and ended up a little dizzy, this is some sneaky strong snuff, especially for a sweet. Good stuff that I'll keep around for the occasional indulgence. Between this and Top, I have the sweet Scotches covered well enough.

Sweet is the operative word on this one. Must be snuffed properly to get a nice effect. It would be nice for beginner to american snuffs.

Very sweet snuff with good legs. Flavor lasts a while. Scent is similar to the taste you get when sucking on a swisher sweet cigar. Flavored up with honey crystals it gets sweeter the longer it sits in the nose. Any drainage is actually pleasant. Good in the nose & the mouth. Not one I like all the time but good one to come back to.

Helme Honey Bee Snuff produced by Swisher International. Honey Bee is an American Snuff that can be used consumed in the nasal or orally like all American Snuff. Unlike snuffs from Europe that are strictly used nasally. When used by nasal it has a very strong Punch that is Honey Sweet. The sweet honey taste is also detected when used orally. It's extremely sweet by nasal or orally. It has a medium to high nicotine level. It also Has a strong traditional tobacco taste that is blends well with the taste. We also recommend this snuff for beginners, especially if you're a woman. Honey Bee Snuff is very dry fine ground snuff. That is modestly priced and quality snuff . It is a favorite around here enjoyed by many.
