The very light, natural seeming menthol in this combined with a somewhat heavy, cakey, vanilla character make this snuff seem like taking gourmet ice cream up the nose. A very long finish, but not cloying at all. As far as nose ice cream goes, it's incredibly tasty, but best taken in small quantities. Repectable nicotine for a Schmalzer, and great for desert when you want something cooling rather than warming. My third favorite of the Bernard's sweet Schmalzers, somewhat behind the sublime Zwiefacher and the obscenely rich Brasil Doppelt-Fermentiert in distinctiveness, but what isn't?

I love this one and consider it a great treat to change the pace. One word of caution to those new to this snuff, it isn't exactly moist or clumpy but it does have a thickness to it making it harder than usual to ingest. I sugget smearing it out on the back of the hand with the edge of the box then using an extra hard inhalation. Its almost guaranteed to never hit the back of the throat. Its also rumored to have aphrodisiac properties according to my girlfriend.

Dark chocolate brown, fine grind, fluffy, slightly oily and medium moist. This snuff is similar in style to the Bernard Amostrinha, i.e. a mentholated, finely ground schmalzer. The fruit, chocolate, coffee and cake qualities are there, but there is less smoke and tobacco flavours and more menthol than in the Amostrinha. Although not overpowering, the menthol causes a lot of "throat drip" which is bitter and unpleasant when a large amount is taken. I prefer the Amostrinha as an all day snuff, but the Jubilaums is still very satisfying in moderation. 7/10.

An orchestra of flavors happily put together. Schmalzler with a well behaved menthol and fruit sweetness. It has a notable quality tobacco base. Easy to take and non-clogging. Could very well be an all day snuff for menthol aficionados. I recommend it.

Like a fruity schmalzler that is ground fine with added menthol. Less sharp than most menthols and has a fruity body that I really enjoy. Nice and oily as I would expect. I would hope to find a fine grind schmalzler without menthol someday.

5 stars all the way. The rich fruit with a medium amount of menthol. The fruit seems to get richer and the menthol less when warmed in the pocket. I can tell a big deference when I open a new package. I am on my third one and same experience going from first to second. This can and has been an all day snuff for me. The only drawback is it can stick under the nose and if dropped on clothes it stained. That must be the price you pay for perfection.

I love this offering from Bernard,It has a nice refreshing very light menthol hit,different than any other menthol I've had,great smoky tobacco undertone,long lasting flavor with a good nic-hit,it does hit the back of the throat if large pinches are taken.

Menthol, fruit. Lovely rich flavour, light on the menthol. Very refreshing and tasty.
