Easily the most unusual snuff -more or less- widely available in Germany. Where all the rest, besides Schmalzler, have the same type of (Pöschl-) appearance, this one stands out. They state "English snuff" on the dispenser, and this should be taken as a warning, sortof. It highly resembles the L260 in menthol power. The uncautious will have a horrible first sniff and I suspect all those accustomed to the Gletscherprise or similar snuffs have made this most unpleasant experience. Well, after that and carefull sniffing everything´s fine. There seems to be quite alot of camphor in there, beside the ridiculous amount of menthol. Indeed I´d say this is a more mentholized finer ground Rumney´s snuff. I´m surprised to find this one nicer, than I suspected for a heavy menthol snuff. Rebuying is out of the question, of course. But I think I can finish this one. Like snuffhead mentioned: if you dig the L260 and can get that one easily, don´t drive yourself crazy about the Kensington.

Powerfull menthol! Easy to take, but take it easy. It watered my eyes with its freezing kick (initially, I did not take it easy). Enjoyable, low burn, fine and dry. Background perfumed nuances without chemical aftertaste. I recommend it to menthol fans.

Three stars just for the strength of it - if you want very strong menthol this will be a qaulity pinch, but as already said, it overpowers any other flavour that might be there. Just another menthol in a very overdone category I think. Nice posh box though and worth re-using.

Very strong menthol, to the extent of masking any other flavour. Very similar to Hedges L.260. I liked it so little I gave it to Snuff Head!

This was given to me be a friend who has gone off the menthols. It comes in a magenta coloured plastic container. The health warning is in German so obviously for that market. It is of a medium grind and coloured mid brown.
A sweet and pleasant menthol taste. But don't go out of your way looking for this product, as it is so much like J & H Wilsons Medicated 99. That can be purchased in local Post Office shops, and Newsagents in most of the UK.
