This is not overly floral, so don't be expecting that. This is a floral mixture with a heavy tonquin and slight citrus presence. Some have marked it as identical to Smith's Golden Cardinal. Its not an exact duplicate, but it is close enough. The biggest difference, is that this has a somewhat finer frind and a slight smokey flavor. If you are looking for a web order friendly and more economical subsitute to Golden Cardinal, then this is fine. I've tried them both back to back for the last hour and they are very close. In either case, this is an excellent snuff and for me is a scent that I find to be borderline euphoric. Certainly worth getting in bulk, and I am indebted to my friend who shared his bulk supply.

Mid brown, medium moist and medium grind. I bought this snuff because of the name, as I usually love floral snuffs, but this one is rather disappointing. Whereas Wilsons of Sharrow and Gawith Hoggarth usually capture the fresh sappiness of a bunch of flowers, I often find the Samuel Gawith florals are perfumed, but in a soapy, artificial way. This one has a complex perfumed aroma, with a hefty nostril burn, followed by a sweet, slightly fruity finish. There is very little nicotine for me. A very occasional one perhaps, but I won't buy it again. I recommend Gawith Hoggarth Fleurette, or many of the Wilsons florals instead. 4/10.

This is a nice mix of floral scents. It is very easy to take, and the scent lasts for quite a while after sniffing.

Light to mid-brown, medium/varied grind and medium dry. The burn is perfect and the aroma in the nose is very long lasting. The scent is both floral and perfumed. This is a heavily scented snuff which the user will either love or hate. Personally I love it.
