The standard Toque tobacco base flavoured with cherry. Previous reviews have stated that they found this snuff to be bland, but I find the cherry flavour to be quite strong. It is also very naturally flavoured and mixes well with the peppermint and menthol snuffs. Cherry is not my favourite fruit flavour, but I can't think of a better cherry snuff than this one. 7/10.

I am not a big fan of Toque but this is one that I like, I guess it is since I like Dr Pepper because the taste is somewhat close. Lol, if they mix it with cola you get cherry cola, I would try that. Anyways is it somewhat dry to my taste but not bad overall.

Overall very bland snuff. Standard Toque base, faint tobacco scent from the can.
Mild to no burn and little scent once in the nose.
During the actual inhalation there is a slight hint that might be cherry, this is only present during the inhalation though. Once in the nose I detect nothing other than a slight soap smell.
This is from a 10g tin purchased from the Toque Snuff Shop.

As a new snuff user I turned to Toque Cherry thinking that it would be a good entry into the brand. It has a nice light grind and the cherry aroma is nicely overlaid on the tobacco nose when you open the can. Actually IN the nose however, I found the cherry to be overwhelmed by the other notes in the snuff which led to an overall taste somewhere between slightly sweet and light earthiness that wasn't really at all pleasant. To my nose, this flavor doesn't seem to know what it wants to be. Maybe good as a mixer, but not one I'll be coming back to regularly.

Well, every Toque can't be a masterpiece. I don't love this one. I must give credit to Roderick at Toque for refusing to use artificial flavors. Other cherry snuffs on the market taste fake and cheap. This one does not fall into that trap. The cherry flavor is clearly there, naturally. However, cherry is a subtle flavor and difficult to capture in snuff, so its very weak. Its certainly well made, but just doesn't stand out among Toque's many great offerings. Also for some reason, even after months my little tin refuses to lose its ammonia nature. Perhaps this odor is something other than the ammonia I expect in fresh snuff. Its not a pleasant characteristic. 2 stars for this means not bad, but not great.

Another good addition to Toques range - a nice cherry tang and smooth grind.

Think of that three as a three and a half, really. Maybe mine is a bit old, but I don't find much flavor at all. I mean, I can definitely tell it's cherry, but it's very very mild.
I find this one is great mixed with Toque Coke, and Dholakia Swiss Chocolate, making a Chocolate Cherry Coke. Tasty!

I´ve turned to this Toque quite a bit late, being through most of the range. A few ones didn´t interest me or I didn´t expect too much from them. Like the Cherry. Cherry flavoured snuffs have quite a bad reputation, very similar to cherry flavoured pipe tobacco, where nearly all of them are crap.
I think the problem about it is, that it´s extremely difficult to capture the flavour naturally. So most producers turn to artificial means.
Well, Toque seem to have taken the long and uncomfortable road of flavouring the snuff inside with natural substances, and pretty successful!
The grind is somewhere between fine and medium, easy to take. The tobacco itself is as delicious as ever. Typically Toque. For my taste the interaction between the tobacco and cherry works very well. My only complaint is the duration, it just doesn´t last as long as I would want it to do. But, of course, there´s always another pinch. Not especially sweet, which is also a good thing imo.

I confess to not being overly keen on this one. There seems to be another flavour distracting from the cherries and I'm not sure what it is. Not ammonia, that's for sure - I'm familiar with that. The previous reviewer referred to a "grassiness" and I think that is what is taking away the enjoyment for me. Still not a bad snuff of course. Just not to my taste.

The Cherry scent brings out a grassiness in the tobacco that is not my favorite. However the cherryness keeps me interested pinch after pinch. The fact that I can pick up a tobacco nuance is not such a bad thing. After all, it is tobacco that I want in my nose and this is good tobacco. Easy to take. Not cloying or too sweet. I'm sure after a minimal maturation the grassiness will mellow. I now have a nice little box dedicated to carry my fruit flavored Toque snuffs around with me. Toque on!

This one reminds me of a Black Cherry soda I used to drink as a child. Like the other fruit snuffs Toque has recently released this one is spot on. No menthol here. Just incredibly accurate cherry scent on top of one of the best base tobaccos on the market. Looking forward to mixing and matching some of these fruit flavors with other Toque products..."Chocolate Covered Cherry" anyone?

The Cherry is a deliciously sweet snuff packed full of fruity sweet cherry flavor. There is definitely a nice sweet cherry tone to it like a bowl full of dark ripe cherries that you can find easily without seaching. It will surely satisfy the biggest sweet tooth without being overly sweet. The scent itself hangs on nicely. And its great to see this flavor without menthol.
