What a delight! A complex eucalyptus/camphor/menthol snuff with underlying an sweetness of flavorings. Definitely competition for the vast array of Poschl menthols. Soft and easy on the nose. This stuff makes me glad I have a place in my rotation for menthols. Well done Swedish Match! A must try for any Poschl style menthol fan.

While not the same at the Dr Rumney's I used to use many years ago, this one is really quite good. The menthol isn't excessive and there are various other flavourings to add to the interest. I get eucalyptus, camphor and citrus among others. I do find that if I take too much the 'drip' is none too pleasant, which stops me from giving it five stars, but overall it's one I am happy to have on hand. The snuff is quite dark and moist and of medium grind. I have to say that the nifty dispenser is unique and what's more, it can be refilled.

Very unique and great dispenser. Pretty flat, so it should fit in any pocket. The lid is a turning mechanism, which works just fine! The snuff itself is heavily mentholated for my taste, if you catch too much, you get a very unpleasent sensation, which keeps you from breathing for some time. Great camphor and citrus flavour if handled properly. The only mentholated snuff I like so far and a rebuy for sure.

Interesting flavors. The menthol is moderately strong and at the main stage, but it does not overwhelm the other aromatic nuances. Fragrant and masculine. Easy to take, fine, slightly moist. Little to no burn. May be an all day snuff for menthol fans. Lovely dispensing unit.

This is nothing like the Dr. Rumney's of old. This is vary light sweet menthol with a citrus and other spices I can't seem to place. The menthol will not take your head off. An over all nice balance of menthol to tobacco. Overall not a bad snuff but I woud not go uot of the way to get it.

I think this is one of the better old menthol snuffs because the menthol is kept at a fairly discreet level. The mill seems to be a bit uneven but a nice colour and with quite a good base tobacco flavour at the back.

Swedish Match distributes Rumney's Export, so one would guess it's actually
produced in Sweden, but I really don't think so. I rather think there's a little
snuff mill in Heaven, and that's where Rumney's is made.
Rumney's Export comes in a nice little plastic box with quite a unique dispensing
mechanism. It's too bad that I pretty much suck at English, so you won't find a
description here - I guess you'll have to see for yourselves.
The snuff itself is light in color but average in nicotine; rather fine and dry, but still safely on this side of fine and dry. It doesn't have too much menthol; I
used to describe the flavor as lemony and woody, until I found out that it's in all
likelihood sandalwood and bergamot oil. You know, the essence made from the
bergamot orange they use to scent Earl Grey tea. Captain Jean-Luc Picard of
Enterprise fame drinks that tea by the bucket, and he has saved us from the Borg,
right? So any snuff with a similar flavor is great by definition.
But seriously, this snuff is often underestimated. It may take you some time to
discover its finer points, but it's more than worth the effort.
