This is not like most poeschl snuffs, in that it is lightly mentholated and has tobacco flavour! Very easy to take, and has a great container. The flavor is slightly sweet, slight menthol, and some type of herb, rosemary maybe? I would reccomend to beginner and pro alike.

One of the best Pöschl offerings imo. Couldn´t think of a better "beginner´s snuff", as this is tremendously easy to use and it has a light sweetness, that is very appealing. No chance you may sniff this to your throat, given the typical Pöschl "fluffyness" of this snuff. The fruits seem to be the ones you may typically find in the german woods, and 1 or 2 spruce needles for sure. A good mixture of dark berries, menthol and spruce, but it doesn´t leave too much space for the tobacco... anyway, highly recommended for a 1st step into the world of snuff.

Light on the menthol and having both herbal and fruity overtones, I find this snuff quite pleasant - better than many of the scented menthol snuffs from Pöschl. That isn't to say that it's one I would use often but it is nice to have on hand. It's a reddish brown, and of a light and fluffy medium grind. That plus the moisture level makes it easy to take, easy on the nose. The dispenser is quite good too, though I haven't figured out a way to open it up for reuse.

Probably my favorite out of the Poschl flavored snuffs, mild on the menthol, and like Trout says it sits well in the nose, unlike other poschls it doesnt clog me up.

Not a great snuff but not bad either. One I'll pinch from about once a month or so when I venture outside my regular rotation. This one is a medium almost a medium fine grind, medium moisture. Like betonente mentioned, there is a light scent of herbs. I also pick up a little vanilla-ish aromatic pipe tobacco & a little dark fruit after the menthol fades. It is a fluffy snuff that does sit well in the nose. According to part of the product description: Twice-fermented tobacco leaves and a particularly gentle grinding process. This would account for the fluffiness of the snuff and how it sits pleasantly in the nose. Does have a nice container with sliding lid & triangle shaped opening to dispense the snuff.

another poeschl that comes in a fancy slide-lid box. if i would try to think of a mild snuff, this one would come up. it has a light flavor of herbs and a solid base of mild tobacco. it does not irritate my nose at all, even though it is drier than most other poeschl snuffs. for a light flavor it stays astoundingly long. similiar to the kloster andechs, i think.
