The only comparable flavor to this on the market is Bespoke's Gin & Tonic. That one was well established first, and though harder to obtain, it has set the bar.
This is not an outright imitation, but the juniper character is what carries both. The Dholakia is a bit courser and somewhat harsher than the Bespoke, and uses the standard base tobacco of the others in the "Blast" range. Its stronger in both juniper flavor and in nicotine. It does not however have the interesting complexities of the Bespoke. I like it a lot, and it earns the three stars I give it solidly. It does not, however, take the gold medal from Bespoke. Its more readily available from more retailers though, and is a better value monetarily.

I love gin and tonics. The gin and tonic is propably my favorite drink. When I opened the container, I thought that it did indeed smell ginny. I took a pinch and sniffed. Nothing. It didn't even have a tobacco character. Nothing. I might as well have been sniffing air.

I didnt pick this one out, I got it as a free sample from Nicotinerush.com so I wasnt sure what to expect. But let me tell you the first pinch let me know it was a really quality blend the burn was admirable and the flavour is really interesting, I'm only 18 so Gin and Tonic isnt something I can compare it to but When I turn 21 it will be the thing I get first. This is an eye opener.

Oh yes, if you are a G&T fan like I am, this is a must for you. It goes very well with the drink; and, if you are a snus user, you've just got to try this with Göteborgs Rapé. You'll think you've died and gone to G&T heaven! What I find really unique about this one is that it goes very well with different types of gin. I've used it with both Tanqueray and Bombay and was very pleased with how the flavors mated. Again, this is a must for G&T lovers.

I found this snuff to deliver more G&T flavor than Bespoke's. It has a finer grind and slightly higher moisture. I enjoy this one more and it is easy to take with a little nose bite. Furthermore, it complements the drink very well if you take it, while enjoying a cup of G&T. I recommend this snuff to the fan of exotic snuffs who prefers a less than powerful flavor.

Before I make any comment on this snuff I ought to admit to not being at all keen on gin or tonic water as drinks. With that in mind I expected to feel the same about the snuff but I find I actually quite like this one. It is of a similar medium-fine ground and medium moisture level to the other snuffs in the range and the colour is similar too (a reddish mid-brown). While I can detect the flavourings in this, I don't find the snuff at all unpleasant and the overall effect is quite refreshing. Perhaps I need to revisit G&T the drink!

Sweeter and more spicy then Bespoke G&T. I don't really get the G&T flavor.

Well, this one´s not quite satisfying. It kinda scores with capturing the slight bitterness of a gin tonic, but the flavour is way to lush overall. The tobacco flavour itself is quite rich, a bit chocolate like. But it just dominates too much. I guess this is one of the few weak ones of the new Dholakia line.

Quite an astringent snuff with a noticeable juniper flavour. Like most liquor flavoured snuffs though, I don't get much of the booze side, probably the hardest bit to create.
