A pleasant clove mint blend. Very enjoyable. It's a little more complex then that but the details escape me. Worth a try if you are looking for something a little different than the usual floral fruit citrus toast snuffs.

I chose this of the three Dr. Verey's snuffs becuase it was the one without menthol. I had no idea what to expect otherwise. I was quite delighted with this odd herbal concoction. I see others picking up hints of chocolate, but I think that is just the full rich base of the Samuel Gawith blends. Quite a few of them seem to share this base. I agree there is some spice in this, perhaps the clove and nutmeg others indetify, but the spice side of this is slight. Identifying the herbs in this has been confounding! There is some slight mint hint, but I am more reminded of several herb based drinks including Angostura Bitters, Benadictine liquer, and root beer. I also am picking up a strong sour berry scent that I'm almost positive is cranberry. This is really one that has to be sampled to understand, as describing it is very difficult. Very good though!

Wasn't sure what to expect on this one, and not too fond of the tap out boxes, but this one isn't as bad as some of the other tap outs. Medium grind, not moist, but not dry either. First snuff brings a spiciness, not sure if its cloves or maybe even mace, but its nice and not overpowering. Slightly minty, and like someone else said, theres even a faint chocolate flavor to it. Good stuff.

Minty with a touch of cloves. I can't say I am all that keen on this snuff, though at least the flavours aren't swamped by menthol. Medium grind and moisture make it easy to take and I am sure there will be many who like this one.

I enjoyed this one but was totally surprised by it. I was expecting a medicated or herbal blend but instead found myself with a noseful of chocolate and cloves. At least that's what I got out of it.

I love all the Dr Verey's snuffs from SG. I'm not sure why this is called full, as it is not as strong as the others. There is no menthol, and the mints are more subdued. I pick up a bit of spiciness to it. Maybe cinnamon and allspice or mace. I would have preferred it to have menthol, but it is good without. The scent doesn't disappear immediately, but it doesn't linger for long periods either. It lasts just the right amount of time.
