Gin & Tonic is my favorite of the Blast snuffs, but this is a close second. Both this and G&T have the most pure flavor of anything in the Blast line - G&T taking a minute to really come on, this one screaming "rum!" all the way from start to finish. The grind and moisture make this (and the other Dholakia "American"-labels) a great beginner's snuff; one has to try awfully hard to botch the intake. Even being the most-flavored of the Blast line, it's still rather unassuming (think "tallest dwarf in the burrow"), and instead of the crisp refreshing "feel" of the G&T, this has a certain syrupy heaviness to it - much like its alcoholic namesake. A good pickup for people who like the smell of rum or the taste of rum raisin ice cream, but I doubt anyone, rum lovers included, would put it in their "top five" list.

This is most comparable to the FUBAR Shot of Rum. Compared to that, this is slightly sweeter and darker. The rum scent is somewhat more pronounced. Rather boring overall, but not bad.

I received this one as a sample in my last order, and its not too bad. My sample seemed a little dryish, and flowed pretty rapidly from the dispenser. Medium grind and a medium brown color, this snuff is very easy to take and has a nice sweet rum flavor. There is nothing wrong with this product, in my opinion, and it is a nice snuff, but not being a tremendous fan of rum will probably keep me from ordering it.

Light and shadow in Dholakia´s new range of snuffs. This one barely scratches the surface of what it promises. Too sweet and not a pleasant sweetness at all. To me it only is a very shallow rum flavour, that pretty fast turns into a bubblegum-like fake scent. The tobacco flavour can´t compete with the sweetness, unfortunately. With a lot of goodwill 2 stars.

I think Dholakia have produced a pleasant new range of snuffs but I have to say they are all blending into one sweet, mild snuff now in my mind. Time to use your skills on some more of your wonderful tobacco flavoured products now Namrata..

Hmm. I'm not really feeling this new range of Dholakias so far. This does have a rum flavour, but no raisin as far as I can tell. OK in a pinch. Pun intended.

This smells and tastes just like the name suggests, with the sweet, dark rum flavour predominating slightly over the raisins. Fairly fine grind but moist enough as well. It's easy on the nose and the flavours linger for quite some time. I feel this is more of a desert snuff than one I would use all day. And I do like a nice dessert!
