I seem to be the odd man out here. For me, the nuttiness of this was not only quite pronounced on first toot, but quite lingering. QUITE lingering. Too lingering. Whenever I give this a pinch, I end up regretting it for quite some time, as the nutty smell just won't go away - and, like the Cat of the childrens' song, I find it's always coming back, even after other scents from later snuffs go away. Is it the scent itself? Is it my imagination? Surely a pinch of one, a small tap of the other. Even flushing the honker with L260 and Swiss Chocolate can't quite stop the nutty flashbacks. To my nose, it's clearly a hazelnut smell, roasted to give it that coffee-bean je ne sais quoi. It's a pleasant enough smell at first, and it snuffs up right easily - but it just lingers far too long, and ends up becoming quite the psychotic experience. Bump it up to four stars if you really, really like nuts, or really, really enjoy playing headgames on yourself.

*sigh*
This snuff is just as disappointing as most of the other new Dholakia´s. The nut flavouring is far too light. Somehow I guess reading the label is more help to receive the flavour than actually sniffing it. Impossible to say which kind of nut this could be. Peanut presumably. Don´t know what the "roasted" in this snuff stands for, there´s nothing like that in the flavour. The best thing here is the nicotine which is obviously very present. No threat for Toque´s Peanut Butter snuff, the undisputed king of nut flavoured snuffs (and the only other so far).

This is an unusually flavoured snuff and no mistake. It definitely has a taste of nuts (not sure what type) but I have to conclude that I prefer nuttiness in snuff to derive from the tobacco rather than any external flavouring. Like all the western style snuffs from Dholakia it isn't a challenging snuff being moist and easy on the nose. I have a suspicion that my opinion of this one will change with further sampling and I'm not going to try and guess whether my review will lose or gain a star. For now three stars will suffice.

The nuttiness is not vary pronounced and more of an afterthought. I think it could use some smokiness to it. Not as good as I expected.

One of the more interesting of this enormous new line. Medium gring and strength, nutty aftertaste.
