One of the very few herbal snuffs. The flavouring is very strong, but far more pronounced on the thyme, than the lemon. In fact, I hardly notice any of the lemon, only late into the development, when the thyme slowly fades (which takes quite some time). The grind is medium to fine and the colour is nice, a nearly reddish brown. For people who love herbal flavours this will be a revelation, no question. Unfortunately, I´m not one of those and it just reminds me too much of Pizza. But the qualities are obviously there.

To be honest I can't tell the difference between this and the Wilson's version with the same name. The main scent and flavour is thyme with lemon taking the subordinate role. The overall effect is refreshing and tasty and that thyme flavour lingers nicely. It's quite easy on the nose with minimal burn and so will find favour with new as well as experienced snuffers.
