Quite unusual, this, as far as I know only remaining snuff still in production from Belgium.
Very nice, dark blue round plastic tin, similar to the Singleton´s or the round Ozona tins. Only, this one is taken off, instead of turned. The tobacco inside first seems like a cake. Pressed hard inside there. But under pressure it loosens quite easily. The flavour needs some time to adjust to, even for lovers of plain tobacco. But there´s hardly a doubt, that this is one of the best natural plain tobacco´s around. Only, this one has a scent to it, not unlikely to the Taxi snuffs, that reminds quite a bit of wildlife smells. Honestly, it´s not too far from standing inside a goat stall. As soon as you adjust to this flavour though, it´s a revelation. Highly recommended!!!

This is quite an eye-opener of a snuff, perhaps surpringly as it is the only dry, nasal snuff produced by Sifaco. It comes in a neat, round 8g plastic box of a practical design which some other snuff manufacturers might benefit from emulating. The snuff itself is yellow-brown, of medium-fine grind and is relatively dry. The best is of course the flavour - just plain tobacco, rich and nutty. This is absolutely delicious! The nearest I can compare it to is probably Samuel Gawith's Blue Crest or Toque Natural but neither of those can match Neffa Ifrikia for nicotine content. Supremely satisfying and in my opinion a 'must try' for all serious snuffers.
